The local communities on Mamirauá region are anchored among the waters of the annual cycle on a very remote Amazon.
They are called Ribeirinhos, and their feelings seem to be submerged in an unavoidable confrontation of survival, reflected on an strenuously beautiful routine.

My first contact with this intriguing society began in 2010, on my first trip to Amazon Brazilian forest, and it draw my attention to investigate and reveal their dazzle simple way of life.

The fragment of this work I show on this photo essay from 2016, where I found its poetic through the capture of images with the double exposure technics.
